Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who Is Superior Industries?
Superior Industries is a family-owned, family-run home improvement company for Denver Metro that has been in business since 1980. We have helped thousands of Colorado families improve the exterior of their homes by providing high-quality windows, siding, and decorative concrete at fair prices. From start to finish, we strive to provide you with the best home improvement experience you will ever have.
Q: Can I Find A Lower Price?
You can always find a lower price because someone is always willing to offer inferior products and rushed installation. We proudly offer the 'best value for your dollar' on the products we offer. We don't sell cheap products at low-cost pricing to try and earn your business. Cheap isn't what our customers want anyway. They want great quality at fair prices that provide real value.
Q: Can You Give Me A List Of References?
Absolutely. We will provide you with as many as you like. We encourage you to give them a call and do your due diligence.
Q: Do You Offer Financing?
We provide a variety of financing options, including several private investors. Our private investors offer unique terms that are unlike traditional banks and lenders with no equity requirements. These options could make that project you think is unaffordable a reality.
Q: How Much Down Payment Is Required?
Nothing. We don't even require a deposit. Unlike other home improvement companies who need your money to complete your project, we don't need any money until the job is finished.
Q: Can I Get A Quote Over The Phone?
No contractor can give you a credible quote over the phone. That's why we insist on meeting customers at their home to discuss any project. We educate you on the products and the process, including a 10-minute informative video that will present an overview of our unique security window products for Denver and surrounding areas.
Q: Who Do I Call If I Have Any Problems?
Call the owner's home number — anytime. All our customers are given Mike's home phone number. Feel free to contact him early in the morning or late at night, even on weekends. His only concern is that your job is done right.
Q: What should I do before I have new windows installed?
To prepare, please remove curtains or other window treatments from the window as well as anything that may fall off of the walls in the vicinity. It is also helpful to clear a path to make sure that the technicians are not obstructed when removing or installing a window. Lastly, please remember to tell your security provider that there will be a great deal of window activity during the installation period.
Q: How can I tell if I need new windows?
Besides obvious cracks or broken glass, look for these signs: windows that won't budge (frame may be expanded, rotted, or rusted), drafts near closed windows (try the candle test — if the flame flickers near the frame, you've found your draft), and moisture between panes (indicates the seal is compromised, severely reducing insulation).
